Intro to Beekeeping, Parts 1 & 2

There will be a one-day course on Saturday, March 5th, 2016 – 10AM-3PM at the Morton Memorial Library.

In this free workshop you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know to start keeping bees. Please call or email the library to preregister and please bring a bag lunch.

•    Signs of a healthy hive

•    Products from the hive
•    Winter prep
The format will be pretty informal. There will be presentations and plenty of hands on demonstrations. Open discussion and questions are highly encouraged.
